about

Lonestar Queens are a spin-off from KIVA consisting of Michael Amos & Annie Kingsbury, with special guest Hanne Fahl of Waterfahl on harmonica.

This album was conceived and written between 2013 and 2019 and recorded during 2019.

The title comes from a greetings card, listing the seven types of ordinary happiness. One of these was "three minutes of happiness, borrowed from a dog", which just made me laugh.
